In this part 5 of FHM 2007, i'm gonna share something really amazed me. This 'si fu' is really great, and i've been standing from the the beginning till he finished his GREAT DRAGON artwork!!! Let's see...
This dragon is in plain (white) color (full with icing)...
Now started with some red colour icing adding...
Completed the red colour part, don't think that it's fast, it took quite long time for acing adding and some other 'editing'...
Here comes the colouring part, yellow colour, with the machine that the 'si fu' using. It's actually watery colouring...
Colouring from different angles...
Orange colour...
Starting to feel it becomes colourful now? Not yet done...
Completed both yellow and orange colours colouring...
Turn of blue colour now...
Can you see it?...
Completed colouring of blue...
Do you know what the 'si fu' doing now?
Scissors some more???
'Si fu' was creating flowers for the cake...
'Si fu' is now doing colouring for flower (powder)...
See, almost complete...
Some fruits are still needed for decoration...

'Si fu' is putting palpus for the dragon now...
Finally, it's DONE!!!Oh ya, if not mistaken, the name of this 'si fu' is VUONG LAC HAO...

that's cool, is this exhibition only for those registeres food companies? normal people can go in? Anyway what is th flavour of this dragon cake, look like only for decoration, but cannot eat..kekeke... ~~~ =)

spookygrace, i'm not sure what flavour is the cake but it is a cake!! it's open for public as well but the next one would be next year...
